SPDR S&P/ASX 200 Listed Property Fund

Fund Manager: State Street Global Advisors
Inception Date: Feb 01, 2002

The rapidly expanding range can also create a paradox of choice for investors in a world characterised by low interest rates, low returns, low economic growth and high volatility. The Reserve Bank dropped interest rates to a record low 1.75 per cent in May and further drops are forecast this year. It's a blow for savers, who are unlikely to want to move up the risk curve with markets looking uncertain at the same time. [More]
